Harvard Law and Brookings recently formed a very interesting partnership to explore law and security issues, under the leadership of co-directors Gabby Blum and Ben Wittes. The “Harvard Law School-Brookings Project on Law and Security will be sponsoring an array of events and publications going forward, starting with a conference titled “Law, Security, & Liberty after 9/11” at Harvard this Friday and Saturday (the 16th and 17th) (co-sponsored by the Harvard National Security Journal).
